The most fun day camp on Long Island for children with a hearing impairment, using an oral approach!

This camp is for hearing aid and Cochlear implant users looking to improve their oral communication skills.

Mission:

Our mission is to provide a community in which each child will socialize with other hearing aid and Cochlear implant users as well as interact with other Mid-Island Y JCC campers. Children gain self-advocacy skills and have a blast in this unique environment! Camped Up is a happy community where our highly trained staff provide a listener-friendly experience to our campers that promotes enhanced learning. Your child will have loads of fun, develop new friendships and come away with happy memories to last a lifetime.
